There are every kind of people around us. Some are responsible and become mature at a very young age whereas others are not due to different experiences they go through in their lives. One major reason of a person depending on others could be that he/she has been pampered a lot by his family since young age and has become habitual of it, thus running away from responsibilities.

But one should not criticize such people and instead be there for them and help them understand the same patiently.
