why the home university seat cut off higher than other than home university seat????

Hello Student,

I think you wanted to ask why the home state quota seats cut off is less than the other University cut off of different state.  Under the home state quota, the seats are reserved for candidates based on their state (domicile) of eligibility which is basically the state where they have completed their Class 11th and 12th from. Obviously, the state government will offer seats to their state students first and then they consider students hailing from other state for admissions to their universities.  Hence, the cut off is usually high for the universities of different states.
