Yes the Advertisement has been released by IOCL for the recruitment of Graduate Engineers through GATE-2019 but from few days the link is not available and the site shows that the link will be available in few days and kindly check the site for further information.

Also, the advertisement says that you can register once you get the Admit card.

IOCL has given advertisement for recurting engineers based on GATE 2019. But the link is not yet active on their official website. It will be made available soon kindly check there website regularly.
