If PHA courses or colleges are not mentioned in the second phase of counseling or admission, it may be due to several reasons. Sometimes PHA courses are filled in the first phase itself, or may have a separate counseling process. It’s also possible that those colleges haven't updated there seat availability , or the second phase is only for certain courses like MBBS, BDS or Engineering. Another reason could be low number of applications or course restructuring, causing them to pause intake temporarily.
