Hello,

Yes, candidates can get government seats in the third round of the counseling and also in the mop up round if it is held. They're either allotted a government college for the first time or their college is upgraded to a more choiceful one. All the best!

I get GMC Chhindwara in 1st round and may be through last year statestics will be getting GMC rewa in second round so shall I opted for upgradation after second round for GMC Jabalpur.
