It's better to choose the B.Sc in general science subjects like

• Physics
• Chemistry
• Biology
• Mathematics

           
            Because these subjects deal with basics only. So you can go in-depth in any one of the applied area or which area you have more interest.
              If you have selected any applied area, you can't teach the other areas after becoming a professor.
