From my point of view the isttm college is best for placement as the placement record from several years is good as the teaching wise its good. 

Placement:

Around 95% of the students get placed. The highest salary package offered was around 7 LPA, and the lowest was around 2 LPA. The average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Roles in the finance, marketing, HR and B.A sectors are offered. Around 50% of the students were offered internships from the college. Majority of the students are not offered any stipends. The highest stipend offered was Rs. 7,000 per month. There is a placement cell.
