Will a student allowed in neet2020 if he enters the centre after the reporting time given at the admit card before the gate closing time?

Yes you can enter the exam hall before the closing time. Reporting time is generally given to inform the students that they may start entering into the exam hall. There is no problem if you enter after the reporting time. But make sure you have enough time in your hand before the commencement of exam. Try to reach the venue on or before reporting time. Because there will be several checking before entering the exam hall. This process will consume a lot of time indeed.

No, you won't be allowed inside the Hall as they have clearly mentioned in Point no.2 that "No candidate shall be permitted to enter the Centre after the Gate Closing Time".

So, you need to Enter before Gate closing time and with all the protective measures.
