Hello, As per your query i would like to tell you NCERT is most important but remember NCERT is not sufficient..

Because the paper is made by cbse and their syllabus is NCERT .

But some questions Come other than the NCERT .

So to conclude do NCERT at its core but read little bit extra while doing questions and revision.

prefer a few other books to help u with questions.

You have to study each and every line of ncert biology. Because every line has a question to be framed.. Focus on examples , figures ,details below figures and summary of chapter given at the last. You will score good. DON'T FOLLOW ANY OTHER BOOK OTHER THAN NCERT. GOOD LUCK.

Hi Tanish,

NCERT is the most important book for NEET for all the subjects including Biology. It is the most preferred book also. Almost 80-90% questions are asked from NCERT book. You should know line to line of NCERT book for Biology. Along with this you should also refer some other books-

Modern ABC of Biology by Modern Publication
Exploring Biology by Arihant Publication
Medical entrances Biology by Target Publication.

You should also solve previous year question papers for time management and practice.
