As of now, we do not know strictly if there is a dress code in place. However, it would be a safer option to wear leggings, kurtis/salwars, etc. Avoid pants with any kind of pockets. About watches, there was a circular released in 2016 which said that watches aren't allowed, so it would be better not to take a risk.
