Yes Cutoffs will be released for jee mains paper 2 along with the result.
All others are only probable predictions of different experts.
The cutoff will same as that of january exam is not necessary.
Cutoffs depends on several factors,

Like number of students appeared.
Difficulty level of the paper.
Overall performance of aspirants.
