Hi pakshal

See honestly i will tell you something. Getting into NITs is no easy job. With immense competition you will have to work really hard to get a good seat at a good NIT. So here's how you can get into NITs:

JEE Main: Work really really hard for two years, keep your basics strong and solve as many questions of each topic as you can. Obviously Mains is easier than Advanced, so work on the Mains level questions and please try to stay calm during your exams. Ideally keep your JEE Main score above 200.

Boards: Your boards score depends on the number of previous year papers you solve. Most of the questions are repeated or at least the same type and pattern of paper is repeated. So just mug up all the questions and chapters of NCERT. Ideally try to get 94%+. Also make sure you put in proper effort in boards because i have seen many of my friends get horrible ranks even after an unbelievable JEE Main score due to bad boards marks.

Good luck
