Hello, 

As you have mentioned that you have compartment in your intermediate which would be cleared in july. If you get a chance to attend the counselling and if you had a good rank according to the jee mains cutoff you can get good colleges for your admissions.

This would happen only in the case if they are allowing the entrance for the students who have back logs or compartments in their intermediate . Else if they don't allow such students  you would be too late to get admission in any of the government colleges.
