For General category  467 marks is not enough to get a government MBBS college. The cutoff for General category is generally 490 or 480.But this year the cutoffs will increase in neet.So the trends of rank versus marks will be different this time. So getting a government MBBS or BDS college with this marks is not possible. You may try for the private colleges. Check the previous year cutoffs of various colleges to get a clearer picture.

As you didn't mention about your category& state, so i just tell you some general points about your med school admission with your rank.

As if you are from UR or obc category then there is almost no chance of yours to get a govt.medical college this year.

But,if you are from sc/st category then you have 50%chances of getting a mbbs seat in some medical colleges where the cutoff is not muvh high.

Also,if you can go with management quota too,then you can apply anywhere to get a seat for mbbs in colleges by paying the fees of management seats.
