See as of now the cut-offs are not declared yet so it is little bit difficult to predict the exact cut-offs but yes I can give you an idea on the basis of previous year's cut-offs. So last year cut-off percentile for appearing in JEE-Advance for EWS category was 78.28 percentile and according to this you have decent chances to qualify for it but note that cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.

It's quite difficult to predict whether you will be eligible for JEE advanced or not as qualifying cutoff percentile keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But if we look at  past your Trends, for example jee main in 2019 qualifying cutoff percentile to be eligible for JEE advanced is given  for EWS category

GEN-EWS :- 78.2174869 percentile

Now, you have got 83.8 3 percentile, that is more than 78 percentile which was last year cutoff percentile for general ews category to be eligible for JEE advanced. Thus you hold very good chance for qualifying jee mains 2020 examination and will be eligible for JEE advanced examination.
