Hi,
I would like to inform you that the cutoff for EWS category in 2019 was 78.217 percentile. So it is more likely that the cutoff will be more or less similar to the previous one. So considering your percentile, there are very less chances that you will be qualified for JEE Advance. So it is suggested that you should wait for the cutoffs and try your luck.
