Yes if your name differs in your application form and adhar card then this could create problem at the time of document verification as it could raise questions on your identity so I would suggest you to sort this out ASAP.

Hello,
You can appear for jee advanced entrance exam but make sure to correct these mistakes before you appear for jee counselling to get admission in engineering colleges.
