PK in your situation as you haven't attempted JEE Advance not even a single time before then yes you can definitely attempt JEE Advance if you clear the following conditions:
If all of the above conditions are satisfied then as you can give JEE Advance only 2 times that too in 2 consecutive years and you will be giving it for the first time then you are eligible for JEE Advanced examination and it will be first and last time for you because for JEE Advance examination you need to clear JEE Mains examination which can only be given maximum 3 times so you cannot re-appear in any of the exams next year.
