Yes, you will obviously enjoy educational trips as they teach you a lot about what you are already studying about. You can experience a lot of practical stuff and be a part of it by being on the other side of the table. As for the internships, I would suggest you to look for internships that interest you and would add a start to your resume as these are the most important aspects of getting an internship.
