If you don't hold a domicile of Bihar then you cannot get a seat their, either in MBBS or BDS.
But if you belong to Bihar then you can get a seat in Government medical college, Bettiah. The cutoff marks last year in this college, under 85% state qouta was, 519.
You can also expect a seat in Patna Dental college and hospital, Patna. The cutoff marks in this college, last year, was 518.
