You scored good but for getting good gov.college ,
Through all India rank to get admission in MBBS gov. College  ,it is very  difficult.
And in even  state ,through state rank ,there is possibility but very little
But it depend upon cutoff score .
If it goes low ,then your chances will increase.
But till then don't worry much .
