Dear Reader,

This is a question to your hard work of 4 years. This totally depends on the hard work you did for 4 years of your engineering. You must be aware even from IIT BOMBAY not all the students gets a job and thats not because college is unable to provide opportunites but it's because either the student is not working hard or he has some other plans.

So coming to your situation. As you said you are studying in top college of karnataka then you will surely get a lot of golden opportunites and top IT companies like TCS,INFOSYS,WIPRO will surely visit your college. All you need is to be capable of clear the interviews with your knowledge gained in 4 years. Prepare well. The starting package of companies are 3.5 lacs till your limit of capabilities. People studying from small colleges also get a job of 15 lakhs p.a.

So work hard and explore all the advancements in software industries.
