I feel there are very less chances , since you havent mentioned where you got such rank, i am assuming you are getting such rank in some state level exam.

Chance of getting admission in a govt college with a rank of 11967 depends on various factors like availability of setas, your choice of branch. If you're asking about KEAM, you can get admisison in

NSS Palakkad

GEC Kozhikode

CFT Thumburumuzhy

COE Perumon

SCT Tvm

GEC Sreekrishnapuram etc.
