Hi.
The cut off for admission in Manipal University, Jaipur in 2017 for the general category was a rank of 10867 for the Computer Science Engineering branch and a rank of 17195 for the Information Technology branch.
Considering your rank you don't seem to have a chance for admission in your preferred branch in the Jaipur Campus.
