I would like you to know that you lie on the boundary for getting into KMC Manipal. The cutoff is supposed to be around 470-510. As the competition is increasing day by day, it may be possible that the cut-off will be still higher. So your chances are low.
Nevertheless you can get a seat in some other medical college for sure. Wish you all the best

Marks around 460 have usually been the closing rank for Kasturba medical college, so you should apply and wait for second or maybe third round of counselling. 

You can otherwise apply for amreeta school of medicine and COMEDK as these are also quite good and affordable.
