One language from Section 1 and three topics from the Domain Section must be selected by the students. Botany, Biological Sciences, and Zoology BSc (Hons) candidates are required to study physics, chemistry, and biology courses. Additionally, students seeking BSc (Hons) degrees in Chemistry, Physics, and Polymer are able to enrol in courses in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

Students who are interested in computer science, statistics, and mathematics courses must study at least one language, mathematics, and two other topics from categories B1 or B2, one of which must be from Section B1. The merit for these three courses will be based on the CUET score that will be acquired from this combination of subjects.
