Hi
I am assuming you from general category
It's quite difficult to predict because cut off depends upon various factors like
------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,
------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
------------) toughness level of the neet examination
------------) number of seats available etc
When we go through previous data then,
>>>>>>> with 600 marks
Your chances for government mbbs college seems to be a little low.
For example,
in neet 2020, 610 marks for general category was the cut off marks to get a seat in Govt. Medical College under UP state quota and it was for Autonomous State Medical College and Associated Teaching Hospital, Bahraich

So, to be on the safer side you should get at least around 615 - 625 marks in neet 2023 for government mbbs college.
Also,
Your profile suggests thats you are from Maharashtra, so in case yoyr domicile state is not UP then you will have to get admission in UP through 15% all india counselling for which cut off goes high. In this case, ypu must target at least around 650 marks to be on the safer side.

Dear aspirant,
It is difficult to predict because cut-off changes from year to year and depends on many factors like
1. Number of seats available.
2. Difficulty level of the exam.
3. Number of students appeared in the exam.
4. Caste Category of the students.
As you have not mentioned the Category you belongs to, so I'm considering it as General Category and providing information based on it. Your profile suggests that you belong to Maharashtra domicile, so you might require a score around 640+ to be on safe side.
Uttar Pradesh State Quota cut-offs:
Autonomous State Medical College and Associated Teaching Hospital, Bahraich - 610
Autonomous State Medical College, Ayodhya - 617
Autonomous State Medical College, Basti - 611
Government Medical College, Badaun - 614
State Medical College, Shahjahanpur - 612
Based on previous year's cut-offs it is a bit difficult to get seat in Government Medical Colleges. Cut-offs varies from year to year. We don't know how the NEET cut-offs will be in 2023.
