According to the percentile you have mentioned in the question your approximate rank would be near about 45,000 and on the basis if this rank you cannot get NITs but yes you can get into IIITs like IIIT Bhuvaneshwar, IIIT Una and so on as per previous year's cut-offs. You can also try for state government colleges. I would recommend you to prepare yourself for JEE-Advance because the percentile you have scored might qualify you for JEE-Advance as per last year's cut-offs. Last year cut-off for General category was around 89.4 percentile.
