Hi Deepak,
U are just on the borderline.. Since you have OBC category, u may get a Govt Medical College in the upcoming 2nd counselling or in the mop-up round.. Keep trying..

Based on your NEET 2018 score you should have the chance to get a seat in Government colleges for the state quota seats in Bihar for MBBS & BDS programme.

Based upon your marks your chances of getting a seat in government medical college under 85% state quota seat is quite good as the expected cut off marks for OBC candidate will be above 490 marks.i hope this information helps you.
