The NEET 2020 cutoffs has not been released yet. The admission will be done on the basis of 15% All India Quota and 85% State Quota seats.
Based upon the marks that you have mentioned you have chances to get a government medical college. You may have to wait.
It would had been better if you had mentioned your home state, because the home state closing ranks are different for each state apart from the All India Quota.
