the job opportunities are almost the same for both the branches.

if you want to work in IT giants like microsoft, IBM, etc go for CSE.

if you want to work in communication based firms like samsung, apple, airtel go for CSE.

i would suggest you to compare the syllabus of the two and then make a choice.
