You have scored good in neet 2019.you can apply for its counselling only after the final decision of high court on esic colleges case.  So wait for the decision. 

And last year the opening marks for  mbbs in esic coimbatore for general category were 558.

Dear Nanni, as per the notice dated 28th June 2019, ESIC is filing an appeal against an Order passed by the High Court of Madras. Meanwhile, until then, DGHS which is the counselling authority of All India Quota seats has decided to withhold the results of the wards of IP of ESIC until further and final directions from the Division Bench of High Court of Madras. Any updates on this matter will be posted at www.esic.nic.in. So all admissions for ESIC Medical Colleges have been put on hold. So at this point in time, it is difficult to predict as how admissions will be conducted.
Neverthless, you havent mentioned your Category. In 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs for ESIC Coimbatore College have been as follows:

General Category:  558
OBC: 555
SC: 421
ST: 403

With 480 marks unless you belong to SC/ST Category, it is difficult. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
