Hello Aspirant, I am telling you some colleges according to your rank.

1. JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida.

2. Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology, Allahabad.

3. Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad.

4. Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida.

These are the best colleges, it is not not necessary that you had go for private college. Your rank is too good so you have to choose best college.
