It is quite difficult to tell you the exact possibilities of your admission in the course, as the admission depends on various factors like no. of. candidates , difficulty level of exam , category of the candidate etc.,

But based on previous year's cutoff trends , TS EAMCET ranks under 3000 only have chance to get seats in government agricultural colleges. So,it is highly impossible for you to get admission in government agricultural college.
