Hello. I'm sorry to say but at this score, you can't get a government medical seat in any state. To get into a medical college, you should score at least 500 in NEET because OBCs have just a point difference in cutoffs when compared to the unreserved category.

Even with OBC state category 179 marks cant get you a seat in Tamil Nadu Government Colleges. Even in other states as well Government colleges is not possible. Maybe if you were ST there was a bleak chance. You can check out private colleges or donation seats.
