Hello, well in 2018 candidates from MBC categories were given seats with marks as low as 333 till around 394 and more in MGR University of Tamil Nadu and madras medical College till third round of counseling. Of you are from MBC category you have  strong chances for getting admission in medical College.

With a score of 430 in mbc category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. In 2018, one was required to have a minimum of 590 or above to get a government college. In 2017, 350 or above itself got a seat in the government medical colleges. So, comparing the trends of the past years, you don't have a chance for getting admitted to the government colleges.
