According to the percentile you have mentioned in the question your approximate rank is expected to be in the range of 2.65-3.85 Lacs and on the basis of this category and rank you cannot get any of the NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
