No,you cannot join your preferred college as you have been alloted a college in the cap 2nd round.

Of counselling.You will be out from the total admission process.Beacause the seat alloted to you will be remain vacant and you will get refund of fees amount after deduction of certain percentage of money.Although you will get back the caution money and other non -fees amount of.money.otherwise you have totake admission to your preferred college without hesitation.
