with regards to the ends form what you need to realise is that your dashboard is the main source of information on which you will receive a notification as to whether your registration process is complete and your successfully registered with all procedures completed or any procedure is still left
the window for filling up the forms is open till 22nd January 2019 and the confirmation of your final status will be given on your profile on dashboard on the website by 25 January 2019

The status of acceptance or rejection will be uploaded on the website itself. No mail for acceptance will be sent to you. You are required to visit the official website and login to your account. On the dashboard itself, you will be able to check the status on the top of the page. It will be written clearly whether the form is provisionally accepted or is it rejected due to any deficiency and require any correction to be made.
You can make the necessary corrections till 22nd january and check the final status for the application on 25th of january.
