Yes, the ESIC Medical College provides stipend for internships, however it is not necessary that they provide stipend as a  compulsion since there are different rules and guidelines for each type of intern. Also the number of seats for internships is limited, therefore you may expect that the paid internship will be for about 5,000 to 20,000 per month.

as stated on the official website of ESIC Medical College you will have to fill a form after which interview will be taken and after this you will allowed to work if selected, most probably stipend will be paid.
