To answer your question- YES. 

NEET is a single sitting, all India level, pen and paper examination. 

The language of the paper can be different (according to student's choice) but the questions are same.

45 each from physics and chemistry 

90 questions from biology.

thank you sir for your answer. Since there are different question papers in CBSE in different states I just got the doubt for NEET Question Papers.
