hi,

jee main paper 1 is for engineering courses and paper 2 for architecture courses. since you did not appear for architecture exam it will have no effect on your jee main paper 1 exam, you will get score according to your marks for jee main paper 1.

jee main april session exam form filling is going on. last date is 6 march, 2020.
