Yes, there are chances of the exam dates being changed, but a final assumption should not be drawn and the students should wait for the official announcement directly from NTA.

Jee main 2020 admit card is scheduled to be available from March 20, new announcements (if any) should be released soon.

At this Point NTA hasen't released any official notification regarding the postponement of JEE Mains april Session. Until NTA releases any notice, anything can be speculative. So please keep your eyes on the official website of NTA or any press release from them. Meanwhile, you shouldn't stop preparing for the exam.
