Earlier, Jee Main was scheduled to be conducted from July 18 to 23, 2020. But to rise in Covid patients, Jee Main was postponed to September. Then the authority announced their exam date, i.e. Jee Main will be now conducted on September 1 to 6, 2020 maintaining all safety measures and social distancing rules. Also the authority can release the admit card 15 days prior to the examination. But many students are requesting to postpone Jee and Neet over social medias while some students are wanting Jee Main to be conducted on the same day as announced without any delay. But the authority hasn't yet announced any news about postponement. These exams have been delayed already. So for now, Jee Main is scheduled for September 1 to 6. Less than one month is left for it. JEE Main in January was successfully conducted and the result were alos announced on time. The second JEE Main which was to be conducted in April got postponed on account of Covid19 pendemic. The examination was delayed throughout the lockdown and no has been scheduled to be conducted from September 1 to 6. JEE Advanced has also been delayed till now and is scheduled to be conducted on September 27.

Regarding occurrence or cancellation of JEE there are two PIL filed in the Supreme court from two parents side. One side is demanding its further postponement taking the health of students into consideration while the other side is requesting MHRD to conduct it on scheduled time. Let us see what respected Supreme court decides and that will be accepted by all.
