There will definitely be two chances for you to appear. It could postponed but it will not be cancelled. January JEE main might be conducted by the first week of February but it wont be cancelled for sure. But this year competition level will be higher even for January attempt. That is because of this pandemic period. As there was a delay in 2020's entrance exam. Exams will be conducted for sure there are chances for a delay. ALL THE BEST. Hope the answer was helpful.

JEE Main 2021will be organized in the month of January 2021 as well as in April 2021.
Release
The expected release date of Notification is November 2020 and the starting date of Registration process is expected to be in December 2020.
JEE Main Exam is expected to take place in 2nd week of January 2021 and 2nd week of April 2021.

As of now, there is no date announced for the conduction for JEE Main 2021 Jan attempt by NTA. As they have not released the form now, the exam is expected to happen in March 2021. NTA will announce soon. Till then, prepare well.
