for IIIT Allahabad:

Admission in full-time B. Tech course, JEE Mains score is considered.
Admission in full-time M. Tech course, GATE score is considered.
Admission in the full-time coordinated course, JEE Mains score is considered.
PhD confirmation 2020, the up-and-comer needs a fair scholastic score and needs to show up for an individual meeting.

So yes IIT Allahabad allows admission through JEE MAINS.
