It is unlikely that the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will reopen registration for MBBS admission for candidates who missed the initial deadlines. Karnataka has already provided extended registration periods, and based on past announcements, additional opportunities are not granted after these final deadlines passed.

Here is  the information on the Karnataka NEET UG 2025 registration process:-

1.Initial registration :- This window opened in July 2025

2.Final registration extension :- A final chance to register was provided until 11:00 am on July 17,2025

3.No further Extensions :- The KEA explicitly announced that no further extension for online registration would be provided after the July 17 deadline
