Yes, its totally depend upon the interest.  Since every thing is changing now a days .many girls are going for the mining engineering. From chief engineer,Technical services to  superintendent, mining manager.. all post will also handle by women  a days .

Since  according to DGMS girls are not allowed to go underground .basically girls will handle the surface area and planning section .No physical work were given...
