Due to an outbreak of COVID-19 as a global pandemic, many of the recruitment exam and interview sessions got postponed till further notice.
Similarly BIS has also postponed their selection procedure and interview sessions, however right now there is no official notifications on the BIS website, however many of the private companies are conducting skype interview , so I suggest you to keep an eye on the official website and regularly check for updates.
