According to your question if you are asking about boards exams like ICSE,CBSE,state government board exams then offcourse your new marks sheet will carry all the subject with the marks you received in improvement exam just like your previous marksheet. You can access both your marksheet through Digi Locker facility at CBSE website (only applicable for CBSE).
